Change thumbnail quality and size in windows
Learn how to manipulate with thumbnails view in windows operation system. Change quality and size of thumbnails.
For those who prefer using the thumbnail view concept there for searching through all kinds of files or images this is the best possible solution to lower both quality and size of the thumbnail by making structural changes to the registry keys.
First thing to this process is to open the registry and do the following :

Explorer
Create a whole new DWORD value named ThumbnailSize, and make sure that the values can vary between 32 and 256. Next step is to create yet another DWORD value called ThumbnailQuality, and also set its values in range of 50 to 100.

Value Name: ThumbnailSize
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Data Value: 32 - 256
