Continue with creating a 3D watch part 2

Delete these edges:

Add one more edges:



Add another edges:



Make such on picture delete edge and merge 2 vertices:
(At top and bottom)



Now make adjustment for inner corner, it's ideal situation but it will be enough for this time:



Add another edge for both sides:



With split poly tools, add edges here:



Make adjustments at corners:



Covert it into Sub-D (alt+~)



Now add details, create cylinder with 8 divisions:



Delete inner faces:



Scale it:



Select all upper vertices and scale down a little:
